How do I get support?
As part of your spell purchase you get access to the only community on the internet that lets you discuss your life happenings with others who are going through the spell casting process. This community will provide you with the foundational support a spell needs. We expect all our clients to seek the forum for support. The forum is private gated community that only members can see. Our community has live chat, Forum, and instant messaging and several independent psychics that offer insight to help you through hard times.
What happens after payment?
You are sent detailed instructions instantly by email with what you need to do to get started with your spell and logging into our community to meet others who have had spells cast. Can I reschedule my spell?
Yes we allow one reschedule and it must be at least 24 hours in advance of your date and time of casting. If you fail to show up for your ritual it will still be done for you and we will ship you out your spell in the mail so you have proof it was done.
What if I don't want to see the spell cast?
You don't have to see the spell cast on webcam; Charles can cast the spell for you and then send you the ritual in the mail.
Can I just listen by phone?
Yes if you want to only have phone or only have webcam you can do whatever you like. You can detail this in the spell request form that is sent to you after payment is received.
Do I have to do anything during the live cam spell casting?
No all we require is that you're either listening or watching and concentrating on our goal. We understand this could be something new for you. So if you have any questions the spell caster is very good with answering questions you might have before or after the ritual.

Charles is in control of what he does in a ritual and he cant always provide you with every answer. And you must also respect his time and what he does in the spell castings. Try not to push past your time limit when talking to Charles.
What is he sending me in the mail?
We are sending you your spell that was cast for you and the supplies that you will need to meditate with at home.
Is the package that is sent to me in the mail private?
Yes! Very much so, we ship the package UPS, FedEx, or USPS. We always attach a tracking number so we don't loose the package. We will email you this tracking number the following day after your spell is cast. The package you get will have no marketing other than a return address with no company name listed. We do not put logos or anything on the box sent to you. Its always plain labeled for your privacy and protection.
